**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Service Delivery
- Managing the scheduling and administration of installations for our customers
- Keeping customers up to date throughout each stage of the process
- Delivering IFS to install not to exceed 13 days
- Completing post install NPS calls with the customer

**Qualifications, Skills and Experiences**

Essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient level of computer skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Experience of adapting quickly to meet the needs of stakeholders
- Strong desire to succeed
- Good time management skills
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently

Desirable
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience of working in a target-based role
- Talent for solving problems and exploring improved ways of doing things

**Salary**: Up to £25,500.00 per year
