Job Introduction
We are recruiting Receptionist / Facilities assistant to Rapport and work at a client site based in Welwyn Garden City. This is a lone receptionist role and you will be working closely with the Facilities Manager.
The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Reception duties and welcoming guests
Meeting room bookings and preparation
Hospitality duties, prepping the guest and client pantry, ordering catering.
Post room duties
Assisting the facilities manager on site with ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for someone with great time management, self-discipline, and focus.
Previous reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment is preferred and you must be comfortable working with Microsoft office and preparing reports.
