Our client is one of the most successful independent finance businesses in the UK, proud of their flexible funding solutions and the portfolio of clients they’ve built. Consistently exceeding expectations, the Business Development Managers are in need of further support and are looking for two New Business Support Administrators to join their fast-paced team. Upon joining, you’ll instantly add value and will be offered a salary between **£22,000 and £25,0000**, as well as **25 days annual leave**, **life assurance**, and **access to a pension scheme**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls and filtering them to the correct contacts
- Raising customer documentation, ensuring all relevant documents are accurate and completed
- Liaising with suppliers to arrange delivery, chase invoices, and obtain delivery dates
- Checking all final documentation to raise invoices and credit notes when required
- Providing administrative services, ensuring all relevant notes and documentation are archived and fully updated and providing copies of agreements and documents to customers upon request
- Carrying out credit and AML searches
- Proposing deals to funders for credit reviews and chasing funders for decisions and updating the database accordingly
- **Working hours**: 9am to 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch
- **Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000
- **Benefits**: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance
