**The company**

The business is relocating to the West Midlands over the coming months an international business that provide materials to the building trade. Employing over 1000 people, covering 30 countries worldwide.

Set in the rural countryside with beautiful surroundings and offices. All facilities on site, including parking. 23 days holiday, rising with each year of service. 2 days from home & private healthcare. You may be required to do the training in an European country and commit to the training, staying for a week.

**The scope of the role**
- Process sales orders
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Be the first point of contact with logistics providers
- Run sales reports for regional managers
- Promote web shop and promotions for B2B Customers
- Manage client price lists

**Prerequisites**
- Driver and own transport due to location
- Experience within an office based customer service role
- Confident, excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Understanding UK and International order processing
