If you are aspiring to develop your career within a commercial project management environment this role will give you an opportunity to gain experience by working with an experienced team on a prestigious project. You will be working for a reputable multi-disciplineProperty and Construction Consultancy. Their aim is to help their clients create better, more sustainable places for people to live, learn and work.
**Your new role**
- Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities within commercial development
- Research and develop a team on the back of new and repeat clients
- Resource and deliver projects to meet financial targets
- Provide excellent service delivery for the client

**What you'll need to succeed**
- General commercial project experience
- Government project delivery experience
- Security clearance - either currently valid or lapsed

Ideally one or a combination of the following qualifications:

- MRICS
- MCIOB
- MAPM
- APMP
- PRINCE2

Personal Attributes:

- You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams
- Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams
- Possess consultancy construction project management experience in the commercial sector
- Have the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships including business development
- Be able to work independently, managing multiple roles on different projects.
- Manage time efficiently between projects and forward plan work outputs effectively.
- Being proficient in the use of MS Office and particularly MS Project is essential.
- Ideally have experience of project delivery using NEC and JCT contracts.
