Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Utilise your exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to offer personalised support to customers.
- Document customer interactions and update our customer database accurately.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
