We’re looking for an **Enterprise Reporting Lead** to join our Enterprise Reporting team at Tesco Bank
- You’ll be responsible for leading a team towards developing and maintaining reporting solutions which place the customer at the centre of everything we do.- This role is pivotal in providing our organisation with the data and reporting they need. The team focus on regulatory, contractual, audit and operational reporting as well as providing data support for incidents and events across the bank.
- You’ll have the opportunity to bring data to life, enabling our customers to make data driven decisions and achieve their goals.
- You’ll be working closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and leveraging the team’s expert knowledge to create reporting solutions which turn data into better decisions.

- You’ll be responsible for managing a team of four developers, and you’ll working alongside the Delivery Lead within Enterprise Reporting. You’ll report directly to the Enterprise Reporting Manager.
- You’ll be working in an Agile team using JIRA to manage the workstack, and you’ll be exposed to systems such as SAS and Power BI, not to mention data relating to all products across the organisation.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Key roles and responsibilities- Collaborating with Value Streams and Centres of Expertise, gathering requirements for data and reporting needs across the organisation.
- Leading on change requests, from impact assessment and development through to the route to live and sign-off process.
- Taking overall responsibility for planning and prioritisation of workstack across the team, with a focus on “what matters most” for our business.
- Collaborating with Technology teams to identify data sources and integrate into reporting where required.
- Supporting and developing the capability of your team, and providing leadership and direction to drive them towards sustainable solutions which meet business requirements and comply with our governance framework.
- Contributing to embedding an agile mindset and approach focused on improving outcomes.

**We need you to have**
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience of SAS and Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI).
- Strong requirement gathering and problem-solving abilities to identify business need, tackle challenges and grasp opportunities.
- Experience of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced Agile environment.

- Experience in data transformation and advanced query development using SQL.
- Experience of performing data analysis and developing impactful and value-add reporting solutions from business requirements.
- Financial services experience.
