Darlaston Health Care is a GP Surgery set in a Health Centre in Walsall, WS10 8SY. We are professional and agile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in office administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the smooth operation of our medical practice.
