Medical marketing is a critical part of the Reckitt strategy, in order to achieve our purpose and ambition in Health. The Medical Marketing team designs strong strategies to win with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) using patient insights, innovations, Go To Market roadmaps, and toolkits, which are implemented in-country and measured against Key Performance Measures. The purpose of this role is to support country implementation of our HCP initiatives, measure business performance with the HCP and recommend changes to boost performance.

In this role, you will contribute by working closely with countries through a data-driven approach to understand, develop/refine and recommend optimised go-to-market strategies for HCPs, both physicians and pharmacy staff, utilising an multi-channel/omnichannel approach including digital activation channels to drive awareness, recommendation and brand advocacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-going diagnosis and deep dive assessments to identify challenges, opportunities and white space in the HCP space
- Support pilot tests to improve HCP Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Analysis and modelling to derive organisational and commercial recommendations for HCP GTM
- Synthesising conclusions, and developing presentations to senior audience
- Helping to implement change in market through clear implementation plans and follow-up of the agreed market action plan, make recommendations to improve delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identification of Best Practises to feed into Global Success Model
- Development and maintenance of portal to collate performance data from multiple datasets to inform the business of key HCP metrics, including: reach, frequency, marketing spend, multi-channel/omnichannel activation, recommendation and advocacy level
- Support HCP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and work closely with IT in agreeing masterplan for roll-out
- Annual deep assessment of HCP in-market brand activation against identified Key Success Levers and agreement on the action plans for improvement

**We are looking for**:

- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships within a multi-cultural organisation
- Experience in project management and systematic analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve, develop strategies, tactics and to translate opportunities into measurable implementation
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities, with the ability to consolidate complex information, interpret & construct straightforward plans.
- Core computing skills: Excel, Powerpoint, maybe PowerBI and Data processing and programming experience as well as experience of implementing CRM such as Veeva CRM and Newspage.
- Previous experience with activating HCP communication across a range of channels including digital would be an advantage
