**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a first-class experience to our diverse client base, primarily consisting of Business Owners and Directors.
- Write basic suitability reports to document the advice we give our clients
- Complete cash flow reports using Voyant
- Assist in preparing annual review packs for advisors and documenting the meetings with review letters
- Prepare client meeting packs and sign-up forms.
- Submit new business, ensuring efficient recording and tracking in compliance with Practice and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the paraplanning team to address any technical queries.
- Manage and prepare content for our social media channels
**Required Skills**:
- Previous administration experience, preferably within a Financial Services firm.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Personable, excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering exceptional work.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate next steps.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
