A PRU school based in Walsall is looking for a team-teach / Mapa qualified LSA to join their team ASAP. The school is for secondary pupils with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The post requires an individual who is able to work as part of a team, support the class teacher, and manage negative behaviour effectively through de-escalation techniques.

The position is on a supply basis with the potential for a long-term contract. You will enjoy support and guidance from a friendly team who work together and aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. The school offer great career progression for all of their support staff.

The post is very rewarding and is ideal for people who have SEND experience who are looking to take their next step.
