**Creating training Programs**: Bring your creativity to the forefront As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our Advisor team. From interactive workshops to multimedia presentations, your innovative approach will ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires and continuous skill development through refreshing sessions.
️ **Delivering training**: Be the guiding voice Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you deliver training sessions to our enthusiastic Advisor team. Through clear instructions, role-playing scenarios, and constructive feedback, you will inspire our Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
**Continuous Training Evaluation**: Keep the training relevant Based on your comprehensive review of customer interactions, you will collaborate with the Training Team to update and adapt the training curriculum.
**Insightful Feedback Analysis**: Dive deep into customer interactions Your ability to analyse customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction scores will provide valuable insights into the performance of our Advisor team. By identifying trends and patterns, you will determine training needs and areas for improvement.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for someone who has worked within a customer service team or a similar type of organisation, who demonstrates the following key skills:
**Innovative Approach**: Embrace creativity The trainer should bring fresh and innovative training techniques to the table, utilising modern tools and technology to enhance the learning experience for our Advisor team.
