**Job Description**:
Internal grade: EB6
We are recruiting an accomplished Sales Director to lead our Software Solutions Specialist Team on a full time, permanent basis.
Experian’s success depends on our ability to maximise the competitive advantage that we get from closely integrating our world-class products across decisioning, fraud and analytics with our world-class data assets. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills to plan and execute our UK go-to-market strategy, collaborating globally to ensure that we are able to innovate faster and deliver even better products to our clients.
**The role**
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Software Specialist Team - ensuring they are best placed for success
- Developing and executing the Software go-to-market strategy
- Developing key industry and client relationships
- Achieving client satisfaction and financial targets
- Developing a deep understanding of the marketplace, client requirements and emerging capabilities to inform our strategy
- Effectively managing stakeholder relationships across the business (typically our product owners, sales colleagues and executive sponsors) with excellent communication
- Championing a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything that Experian does.
- Personally developing and maintaining influential relationships at Board/Senior Management level in key clients

You’ll succeed in this role by effectively engaging your team, stakeholders across our Software Solutions business unit and our clients. It’s important that you can work to your own initiative, empower others and hold them accountable. Your contribution will be vital to Experian Software Solutions to shape our strategy.
