The aim of this role is to support the Sales and Marketing strategy at Oxford Pharmacy Store (OPS), an NHS owned UK pharmaceutical wholesaler, with a focus on supporting internal and external communications and assisting with customer and supplier relationship management.

The role requires an enthusiastic, organised individual, ideally with relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience in a sales, marketing and/or or customer services-based role.

To support the Sales and Marketing strategy at OPS aimed at increasing revenues and enhancing the OPS brand.
To prepare marketing publications for customers and oversee the distribution of newsletters, mailings, presentations website and electronic communications.
To develop and maintain the OPS website and social media channels.
To develop and maintain customer services function
To develop and implement marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
To maintain and produce OPS publications and marketing materials.
To actively promote OPS’s products and services and search out new business opportunities.
To support relationship management and alliances with customers and suppliers.
To prepare data and reports for internal meetings and in response to external tenders for supply of goods and /or services.
