Contract: Permanent (full or part-time, with a minimum of 30 hours per week)
Salary Range: £25,000-40,000 pa (pro rata)

Communications is a new function at sustainability consultancy, 3Keel, so you will have the potential to make a big impact in a short space of time. Our Head of Communications is looking for a team mate who can help deliver a new communications strategy. We need someone who can write brilliant, engaging, accurate copy; has experience of PR, communications or marketing; and who can build strong internal networks to draw out the stories that will bring our work to life. We’re particularly interested in someone who: has sound experience of successful social media; who can distil and curate complex information into readily understood content; and can help us up our game with video and other engaging formats.

**About you**
Do you have experience of building a strong internal network to generate news, case studies and people-related content for internal and external communications? Are you good at researching stories, copywriting, and creating multimedia content, and co-ordinating social media? Do you enjoy improving communications reach and impact? In this role you will create compelling and impactful messages and narratives that engage various audiences, ensuring communications are clear, concise and accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders.
**The important stuff (essential requirements)...
- Superb English-language copywriting, with skill in creating engaging copy that is accurate and grammatically correct with mínimal need for copy-editing from line manager.
- Excellent English language verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of working in public relations, communications or marketing.
- Track record of delivering communications that deliver agreed outcomes.
- Ability to distil and curate complex information into clear, concise, and readily understood content, while reflecting our tone and style.
- Commitment to teamwork and the ability to build and maintain strong, trusting internal relationships.
- Good understanding of new and multimedia techniques as well as of content management systems and design.
- Experience of successful social media work, with specific experience of LinkedIn.
- Website content and management including copywriting for web, SEO tagging and writing, content updates.
- Experience of contributing ideas for campaigns and/or strategies.
- Understanding of measurement and reporting, particularly Google and LinkedIn analytics.
- Outstanding organisational skills, including ability to manage own time, project timelines and to work on multiple projects.
- Being open to feedback and willing to adapt ideas
- Knowledge of and interest in uses of AI in PR and communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite.

- Experience of Photoshop and other Adobe apps.
