Stock Coordinator

**Stock Coordinator / Analyst**

**Location**: Chelmsford (outskirts) (vehicle required due to location)

**Hours**: 8:30am - 5pm

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000pa

**Benefits**: Free Parking, 25 days plus BH

As the Stock Coordinator / Analyst, you will be required to monitor the stock usage across several holdings, to include maintaining records for stocks on a store-by-store basis. You will be responsible for reconciling the records against stock checks andsummarising the position on a monthly basis to the Accounts team.

Please Note: This role will require you to travel on a regular basis, so own transport is required

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain the stock naming protocol and ensure its consistency across systems (circulation of the naming convention to Team on a regular basis)
- Liaison with the Team on product orders to ensure that all stock product orders are raised and booked in on the purchase order.
- Review field operations in the management systems, communication of reports to the Team for their review of accuracy and timeliness of product use and provide the consolidated reports to the Accounts team.
- Carry out stocktakes at each location.
- Assist with recordkeeping and analysis.
- Maintain central record of goods delivered.
- Act as the single point of contact for accounts relating to any stock queries and work alongside an account assistant equally dedicated to stocks (together you and they will have responsibility for investigating any discrepancies and providing correctedreports).

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Good organisation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel a must.
- Analytical mindset.
- Understanding of agriculture and agricultural systems would be a bonus.
- Must have strong competency in report writing.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Team player.
