**Business Development Manager - £25-£30k basic + uncapped commission**

Workingfrom modern offices in Leeds, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business which is looking at further significant growth over the coming months.

**The Role**
- The individual will be responsible for driving growth and helping shape the partnership proposition. It is expected that you will generate a regular stream of new partnership deals and maintain existing partner relationships, maximising referrals from them.
- Examples of such partnerships will include, but are not limited to, web and app developers, eCommerce platforms, Marketplaces, system integrators and hosting companies.
- You will be expected to create your own sales strategy, highlighting partnership targets, prioritise the pipeline.
- The role will work closely with the Commercial Director to identify new ways to help promote our products and service offerings.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver on target performance and operate to respective sales KPIs
- Maintain the CRM system with all relevant sales pipeline information
- Convert inbound partnership leads
- Be the first level of support for partners
- Regularly benchmark competition and identify business development opportunities
- Work with various internal functions to customise the partnership proposition to meet partner requirements
- Help promote and market the offering and develop sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales skills
- Experienced at generating opportunities and closing them
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A natural relationship builder
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to think "outside the box" to deliver the tailored service our partners have come to expect
- Team player who is also comfortable working on their own initiative
- Business development or account management experience
