**Overview**

The primary focus of this exciting new role will to grow my client's UK on-trade sales channel whilst working closely with their key distributor, Bibendum. You will responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships, as well as maintainingstrong exisiting relationships in line with the overall sales and brand strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for meeting sales targets and KPI's within the specified channels through a process of business development, account development and effective account management.
- Relationship managed of the direct trade sales accounts and the management of all order processes, dispatch and invoicing.
- Researching market trends within specified channels to remain at the forefront of new business opportunities
- Attending trade and consumer events as a brand ambassador, including the hosting of my client's dinners and masterclasses
- Working closely with the Hospitality Manager to coordinate trade hospitality events for my client's customer portfolio.
- Staff product training.
- Working collaboratively across teams to co-operate on key ethical, sustainable, social, environmental and legal initiatives.

**Experience Required**:

- Outstanding sales experience with a demonstratable understanding of the London on trade market.
- High level of wine knowledge and an understanding of the sparkling wine category would be desirable.
- Experience in hosting, tastings and other key events across this industry.
- Competent IT user.
- A confident, respectful communicator with a charismatic flair.
