Belfast, United Kingdom Danske Bank Full time

**Your Career, Your Danske Bank..You’re Danske Bank**

**Your role**:
HR Reporting & Analytics Consultant

**Why you’ll want to work with us**:
At Danske Bank we’re driven by a clear purpose to help customers, colleagues and society thrive. We believe what we do genuinely makes a difference. That includes investing in our people, ensuring everyone feels that they belong and being there for the moments that matter.

Danske Bank recognises the power that comes with diversity of thought and perspective, it makes us stronger as a business and creates a true sense of belonging for our colleagues. To be the best we can be, we depend on diverse thinking, beliefs, experiences, and backgrounds. We have a clear purpose - **Helping our Customers, Colleagues & Society thrive**:

- and our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy is central to that. We recognise that everyone does not have an equitable starting point, and, by focusing on ‘equality’, we are making sure that everyone has an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. Our customers come from all walks of life, and so should our colleagues.

Driving sustainability is a key strategic priority for us. We’d proud to have achieved Platinum Level in the 2022 Northern Ireland Environmental Benchmarking Survey and we’re working hard to help our customers go green.

We’re passionate about giving back to the communities in which we live and work. There are lots of ways you can get involved, such as fundraising for our charity partner, visiting schools to teach young people about money and budgeting, volunteering with a local food bank, planting trees, and so much more.

No wonder we are recognised by Best Companies as Northern Ireland’s number one best company to work for. So, if you share our values and enthusiasm and all of what we stand for resonates with you, then you will find a home at Danske Bank.

**Your benefits**:
There’s much more to working at Danske Bank than just a salary but for this role we are offering a competitive salary based upon experience.

We want to be a workplace in which our colleagues can succeed and feel empowered through all stages of their career and life. We also offer an attractive range of flexible benefits centered on wellness, financial, psychological, physical and social. Everyone’s circumstances are different and our benefits can be tailored to your needs.

For example, if you want to buy more holidays or need to avail of medical treatment, then we have a range of benefits for you. And if you want to make your money go further, our Danske Discounts offering is just for you. With non-stop discounts, this is the perfect perk for all colleagues. If the gym is of interest to you can avail of savings on gym membership and where eligible, we offer a salary sacrifice car benefit.

**What would a typical day look like for you?**

You’ll develop and enhance HR MI and reporting capability, by designing and maintaining a suite of reports that will extract and consolidate information from HR and other internal systems, analyse and present the outputs in a range of formats in order to provide insights that will facilitate delivery of internal/external HR reporting requirements, business as usual activity, change initiatives and inform the development and delivery of the overall HR People Plan.

So, attention to detail and advanced excel skills as well as the ability to interpret and translate messages will be your key strengths.

**Your skills**:
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role
- Advanced Excel skills & knowledge
- Knowledge of HR Systems for example Oracle/iTrent or other
- Business objects experience if familiar with iTrent system
- Understanding of analytics - ability to interpret & translate as well as deliver messages to non-technical audiences
- Ability to challenge stakeholders & question requirements i.e. the need for particular information requests
- Experience as working as part of a team

Preferable

- Knowledge of recruitment processes Fair employment knowledge

**How we work**

Our belief is that we are “ **Better when Together **” and want to balance the benefits of teaming up in person with flexible working where possible. We will be supportive and flexible to your circumstances, so for roles that offer a hybrid option we ask colleagues to attend their base location a minimum of 3 days a week so they can connect, collaborate and learn together. The other 2 days can be worked either from home or another bank location. Some of our roles are customer facing which means that it’s really important to be able to work with customers face to face and hybrid working isn’t appropriate.

Good luck
