**Senior Design Coordinator - Regional Network Deployment Team**

**Location**:
Home working & London

**Role Purpose**:
As a Senior Design Coordinator within the Design Team, your primary responsibility is to coordinate back-office activities, facilitating the seamless delivery of design upgrades and the expansion into new sites for a regional network. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring standardised and simplified processes, contributing to the efficiency and quality of services at an accelerated pace.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- ** One Team Approach**: Foster a collaborative culture across all team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, emphasizing diversity as the foundation for maximizing collective knowledge and skills.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive delivery improvements through fearless experimentation, testing of new ideas, and rapid implementation. Embrace a culture of learning fast and implementing quickly.
- ** Effective Recording**: Ensure accurate and effective recording of activities to provide visibility and awareness required by managers and stakeholders.
- ** Escalation Process**: Utilise the agreed escalation process to enhance delivery and address challenges promptly.
- ** Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Develop strong, effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to promote best practices and accountability within the Regional and National Network Deployment teams.
