My Thame based client is expanding and looking for a Part Time HR Assistant. The Part time HR Assistant role will be to process new starter details and induction packs. Arrange interviews and assist with recruitment adverts. Update and maintain training and health and safety records. Scanning employee details onto their new database. Issuing letters as required. Taking meetings for employee meetings. Dealing with employee queries in the HR managers absence. To be successful in this Part Time HR Assistant role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to follow processes and procedures. Have good administration experience with a high level of attention to detail. Be discreet, a team player and have a can-do attitude. HR Experience or working towards your CIPD would be advantageous but not essential. Working hours for this Part Time HR Assistant are 25 per week, 9-2pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover in the HR Managers absence. Starting salary is 11 p/h, to be reviewed after the successful completion of the 3-month probationary period and a petrol allowance.
