We are looking for someone who is driven and excited by communications, and with no two days the same in this industry, you must be flexible and adaptable and excited by change and new ideas.

**The role**

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the charity social media, running regular social media ad campaigns, responding to requests and moderating content and maintaining the social media budget.

Using data to drive activities you will be segmenting audience data and remarketing.

Creating social media assets and video content across all channels, and safeguarding the reputation of the MS-UK brand.

Working to deadlines is an essential part of this role.

It's a full time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (hybrid up to 2 days at home).

**Requirements**:
You will have a keen interest in the latest trends, algorithms and industry standards that will ensure our social media really stands out in a competitive landscape. We are looking for a Facebook expert.

A Facebook expert with strong knowledge of Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Dot Digital is essential.

While you must have a creative side, it is just as important that you are a strategic thinker who can analyse data and provide comprehensive reports that help us make informed decisions about how we can be communicate our message to our audience.

MS-UK's communications team is a fast-paced and high energy environment, so you must have excellent communication skills and a passion for the written word, as well as all things digital.

You must have experience in a similar role and confident in managing your workload and motivating other to work to essential deadlines.

**Rewards and salary**

Salary £25-£27,000.00 per annum depending on experience.

This is a permanent full-time role.

**Location**

Knowledge Gateway, Colchester. Hybrid working available, with up to 2 days per week at home after successfully completing initial training.
