With a focus on internal communications, work in partnership with colleagues to drive the achievement of the group’s overall communications strategy.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing and promotion of the Provide Community group, with a focus on proactive reputation management.
- Provide communications and media support to a range of projects that support the delivery of departmental objectives.

The Communications and Media Administrator will play a key role in the delivery of internal corporate communications and external promotion of the Provide Community group.
- Manage the Communications inbox through regular monitoring and taking appropriate actions as required.
- Support the forward planning, creation, and distribution of internal corporate communications
- Support the planning and delivery of communications and marketing across the Provide Community Group.
- Work with the Communications and Media Manager and Communications and Media Assistant, to plan communications in collaboration with colleagues across Provide Community.
- Upload and administer content on the Provide Community Platform (intranet).
- Create concise requirement briefs for internal design.
- Assist in the productions of communications materials in support of internal events and campaigns.
- Manage a range of communications tasks that support the achievement of corporate objectives in relation to marketing and communications.
- Ensure communication materials are produced in line with brand guidance and style guides.
- Provide general administrative support to the Communications and Media Manager and Communications and Media Assistant and contribute to general improvements within the communications and marketing team.
