We are looking for a skilled Social Media & CRM Executive to join our team to create and curate engaging content for multiple health and wellness supplement brands.

You will be able consistently work within a brand's tone of voice and capable of working in harmony with a Graphic Designer. You will participate in the development of an overall content strategy for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik-Tok and LinkedIn.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer enquiries
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyse social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Requirements**:

- Two years minimum experience working in a D2C marketing team
- Strong experience in creative, with a strong track record of generating thumb-stopping content that gets attention
- Skilled with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva
- Experience crafting social media posts and proactive community management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok & LinkedIn)
- Google and social media analytics
- Strong communication skills
- Experiencing building CRM customer journeys
- A social-first mindset with integrated experience to bring ideas to life across channels and through the line
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms
- Fluency in English

**Desirable**
- Interest or knowledge of health and wellness products
- Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce
- Editorial SEO understanding
- Strong writing skills
- Videographer qualification
- Proficient in Canva or Photoshop
- Knowledge of back-end website/HTML
- Experience of Brevo, Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- This role may require occasional weekend work to attend conferences, events and exhibitions. _
