Job Advertisement: Electrical Installations Lecturer for Further Education

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students enrolled on our Electrical Installations courses.
- Design, develop and update course materials to ensure they are engaging, informative, and relevant.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Work closely with other lecturers, support staff, and external partners to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
- Continually develop your own skills and knowledge, keeping up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or CertEd, or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience of delivering Electrical Installations courses to Further Education students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
