Learning and Development Advisor

We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to come and join a team where you attract, develop, manage and motivate CHP employees. We want to give opportunities for employees to grow and ultimately enhance their experience with us, making thisa great place to work.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll be doing**
- Using the Learning Management System (LMS), work with all teams to design, create, implement and maintain a library of relevant training materials which meet learning needs and support an agile workforce who may be unable to access knowledge from officecolleagues.
- Oversee the Early Careers programme and encourage use of the apprenticeship levy.
- Lead the aspiring managers training programme and partner with the Recruitment Specialist to identify talent management opportunities.
- Design and deliver a cyclical programme of soft skills training for all employees, to embed CHP's culture and values in everything we do.
- Take ownership of delivering the corporate induction training programme to ensure effective onboarding of new starters.
**What we are looking for**
- Delivery experience both in the classroom and developing e-learning solutions with possible exposure to webinar facilitation
- Able to conduct the full learning cycle: learning needs analysis, design and develop, deliver, evaluate and conduct data analysis on return on investment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and impressive presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
