This role will support the delivery of Hillingdon’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) programme, overseeing and managing the collection of data required in the delivery of the Employment support project.

The role will ensure that data collected conforms to the requirements of the GLA and WLA in terms of accuracy and reporting timetables as required by grant agreements/ Memorandums of Understanding.

Also to work with external and internal delivery partners to ensure monitoring of project activity and expenditure conforms to the requirements of the UKSPF programme. To support the Economic Development team with other UKSPF programmes as required - specifically, the Hillingdon business support programme and the Hayes Station project

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The post will support the UKSPF Programme management team in the delivery of Hillingdon’s UKSPF activities.
- Ensure required data and evidence is collected on a quarterly basis from the programme providers as required by grant agreements/ Memorandums of Understanding.
- Working with external and internal delivery partners to ensure monitoring of project activity and expenditure conforms to the requirements of the UKSPF programme.
- Ensure reports and data are submitted to WLA and GLA partners as per specified timetable. Reports to be concise and accurate.
- Where required meet with delivery partners to ensure that all UKSPF outputs and outcomes are being recording in line with GLA requirements and the appropriate evidence trial has been captured.
- Support UKSPF programme management in maintaining an overview of expenditure from the UKSPF programme ensuring that the funds are being used as required and that the projects outcomes and outputs are achieved as set out in the Funding Agreement.
- Where required liaise with Council teams, and other stakeholders in the delivery of the programme.
- Support the economic development team with other UKSPF programmes as required. Specifically, the Hillingdon business support programme and the Hayes Station project.
- If necessary, support work with both external providers and appropriate council teams to develop and implement additional services to ensure that the Council achieves the outputs required from the UKSPF programme.

- Degree level qualification or equivalent desirable.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience of working in an economic development related area.
- Experience of working in partnerships with internal and external partners.
- Experience of performance managing contracts or providers.
