Customer Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing customer quotes and providing pricing information to customers as needed
- Inputting sales orders accurately and efficiently into the company database
- Communicating with the sales team and customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders or quotes
- Following up with customers to ensure that they have received their quotes and orders and that they are satisfied with their purchases
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient customer service operations
- Providing support to the sales team by following up with customers and maintaining relationships
- Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring customer feedback and addressing issues as needed
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve customer service quality
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Knowledge of ERP software, specifically EPICOR would be beneficial
The role is commutable from Coventry, Derby, Nuneaton & Loughborough.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
