**Salary**: £22,000-£24,000
The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a very exciting and well-established international business, who are actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their Leicester team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling all engineers workloads which could include anything from installations, breakdowns and service reviews/repairs.
Additional day-to-day responsibilities could include:

- Being the first point of contact for any customer enquiries, ensuring that you ask the right questions to find out the best possible solution, and managing the process through from start to finish
- Scheduling works for engineers fairly across the UK, ensuring that all agreed SLA's are achieved, and cost effective routes are planned
- Updating site and equipment information, ensuring that any parts sent out/used, are invoiced for correctly
- Matching contractors' capacity to availability
- Reporting on due/overdue visits, and ensuring that these are scheduled in advance
- Maintaining an accurately updated system with customer records, progress on jobs, and works completed
- Providing additional administrative support to the projects and sales team such as submitting quotations, and managing an internal shared inbox
- Ensure that all Risk Assessments and Method Statement documents are attached to each individual case file
The successful Customer Service Administrator will ideally previously have experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally within an engineering industry (but not essential). You will be adaptable when working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment,and able to prioritise urgent tasks in a calm and effective manner. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with difficult customers, internal departments, and external contractors.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office packages is desirable, including Excel.
