We are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator to join our longstanding Marketing client in the Norwich area.

This is a part-time, temporary role, starting ASAP.

Working days will be Thursday (can be flexible) and Friday and Monday (fixed).

Main duties include but not limited to:

- Ensuring that all the promotional events set up for the week have everything in place. This is a strong co-ordination and communication role speaking to agencies, and venues to arrange and double check arrangements.
- Arranging stalls outside football stadiums for Saturday matches but also craft fares, country shows and other large events that take place across Norfolk and Suffolk.
- Ensuring that staff to run the stands are in place, we have enough products available for the bags and our driver who assembles the stands knows the locations and timings of the event.

What we need from you?
- You must have good communication skills and be quick to find solutions when problems arise.
- You must be available to be on standby at weekends when events are on in case help is needed.
- You must have a full UK licence and your own transport so you are able to visit the events to ensure everything is running smoothly and as it should be.

This role will involve office based work in Norwich City Centre.

Once you have completed a training period, hybrid working may be an option.
