- Digital Marketing with AI, Software Development or Unity Games Development. Part of this role will be to teach two days a week

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Outline**

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the positioning of Tech Educators to increase revenues, and build on our currently successful disruptor strategy. You will also teach our Digital Marketing with AI course two days a week, enabling you to keep your thinking relevant and inspiring. We are building a national presence, so ensuring we are relevant and embedded in each area is a cornerstone of this role. Areas of focus will include social media, digital advertising, website management, data analytics, content management, PR and corporate communications.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Strategy and Planning**:

- Responsible for setting the marketing and brand strategy alongside the management team.
- Utilising our and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness across multiple channels.
- Utilise formal and informal research to continue to develop our course material and market opportunities.

**Marketing Reporting**:

- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track the success of marketing initiatives.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimising marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights for reporting.
- Present marketing performance reports to the wider business, highlighting successes and proposing next steps.
- Regularly communicate with the leadership team on marketing goals, challenges, and opportunities.

**Content Delivery**:

- Working alongside our delivery team to deliver our innovative course materials to the future of Digital Marketing
- Work collaboratively with our leading brand partners on implementation of best practices utilising their tools and technologies.

**Marketing Activities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for student acquisition.
- Create compelling marketing materials for campaign execution.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners for joint marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate participation in relevant industry events and conferences.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

**Student Acquisition and Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
- Communicate with potential students, explaining course details, funding options, and facilitating enrollment in taster sessions.
- Follow up with students who have completed introductory courses to encourage enrollment in full programs.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to facilitate onboarding activities, including technical assessments and setup support.
- Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and technical support, such as laptop setup.

**Student Engagement**:

- Manage and engage with students, graduates, and the community through various platforms, including Discord.
- Organise events for current, upcoming, and graduated students.
- Source and share relevant job vacancies within the community.
- Identify and promote relevant meetup groups for students.
- Research and share job opportunities within the technical development space, ensuring alignment with bootcamp graduates.

**General**:

- Contribute to creating a safe environment for students and staff.
- Demonstrate commitment to Tech Educators' philosophy, policies, and practices.
- Attend and actively contribute to team meetings.
- Stay informed and articulate about course offerings and outcomes.
- Fulfil any other reasonable requests to perform the role to a satisfactory level.
- Personal Specification

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

**Experience and Capabilities**:

- Marketing: 2 years
- Proficient in modern word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet packages.
- Must have a strong marketing background with knowledge of all relevant aspects of marketing a growing business
- Must possess leadership and communication skills
