SF Recruitment requires an experienced sales administrator to join a fantastic client of ours based in Ilkeston on a 4-8-week temporary basis. This will be working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and paying £11 per hour. Our client has a current employee whois going on long term sick leave, and therefore they are looking for someone to fill in for a 4-8-week period, however due to current work load its likely this role will be extended or potentially taken on permanent for the right individual.

Day to day duties will include:

- Process sales orders and payment
- Arrange deliveries
- Offer after-sales support.
- Take incoming calls from customers regarding orders
- Help build and maintain client relationships with existing and new accounts
- Help generate quotations on orders and offer best possible pricing
- Review stock availability and interpret production schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to address clients' needs

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to find work asap. You will be an experienced sales administrator who is not fazed by a fast-paced working environment. You will need excellent organisation skills, and mustbe a confident communicator, with an excellent telephone manner.
