**Job description**
**Sales Professional - Residential & Commercial Solar**.
Full time - £30k + Commission + Bonus.
Option of a company vehicle and/or subsidised travel to be discussed.
Laptop and all other required equipment/tools to fulfil the role will be supplied.
The ability to problem solve, communicate well with customers in their homes/businesses, make decisions, work to deadlines and close down sales is essential.
Must be fit and able as the role involves measuring properties outside and in, with visits into loft areas for residential properties.
Must ideally have a clean driving licence please, have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail (or other) and feel confident using a computer - Must have a good sense of humour and a drive to be successful.
The role is a combination of visiting customers for sales surveys / sales presentations, with office / home based phone & admin work - The role will involve working closely with the business owner, office administration staff, installation team...and of course 'new customers'.
You will visit customers who are wishing and/or have the potential to benefit from Solar PV on their home or business. You will conduct a physical survey of the property in order to size Solar PV installations to ascertain technical / financial viability. You will explain and show customers the various brand / technical product options available and the financial benefits of Solar PV for them. You will prepare and provide quotations to then help customers to make a positive decision.
On the job training will be provided, working alongside the Company Owner, for the right person.
