Recruitment Administrator

EF International Language Campus, London, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Recruitment Administrator to head up a busy homestay accommodation department for our London Kingston school. This is a fixed term position, beginning in April 2023.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the offline marketing of our host family database. You will advise with potential suppliers on marketing opportunities as well as organising the logistics of certain recruitment events. You will also liaise with the school administration team and our colleagues in sales offices world-wide. You will be making sure that health and safety and other host family rules and regulations are maintained and followed up.
Based in our London Waterloo Campus, you will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through smooth, well-planned events as well as delivering outstanding customer service. Ongoing homestay recruitment and host retention will be one of your highest priorities.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with our international sales offices around the world and ensure the London accommodation team is highly regarded. You will monitor and improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction through seamless administration, ensure that ongoing administration and recruitment targets are met, and have overall financial responsibility for the department.
**Skills required**:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, target and sale driven, creative, analytical solution seeker, highly developed customer service skills, well organised and great attention to detail, positive attitude remaining calm under pressure, strong sense of ownership, can do attitude. Flexibility and a desire to succeed are also essential.
**Experience required**:
The position will be based at the EF International Language Campus, 74 Roupell Street, Waterloo, London, SE1 8SS.
