Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Hybrid home and London Paddington

**Salary**: 28K

Full time 37.5 hours

**What would you be doing at HomeLink?**
- Provide administrative support to the HomeLink Recruitment Team in allrecruitment related activities.
- Work effectively with hiring managers to support with their recruitment needs.
- Support with job platform activity.
- Provide administrative support for regional recruitment campaigns and events and supporting toolkits.
- Provide additional ad hoc HR administrative support when required.
- Support with onboarding and Induction administration.

**What would we expect from you?**
- Trained to use HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment purposes.
- Demonstrable administrative experience within a recruitment team.
- Understanding of recruitment processes including attraction and selection methods.
- Good IT and literacy skills as well as written and verbal communication.
- Right to work in the UK (without any form of sponsorship)
