**What will I be doing?**
- Working directly with Recruitment Consultants, Hiring Managers and the HRX team, you will provide professional administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring paperwork relating to contracts is dealt with within the relevant service level agreement (SLA).
- Managing the right to work process to ensure all new starters are eligible to work in the UK or Ireland and that Hilton is in accordance with current legislation
- Raising requisitions on Taleo ATS for new vacancies and creating flyers for social media for key roles.
