Our systems were initially bespoke for a particular care home, but now have spread throughout the entire group and multiple domains of residential care. As the company continues to grow and take on clients outside of the ownerships care home group, there is a need to expand our systems support team and recruit for a new team member to take an active role in the ongoing support and training of our clients.

The role would be ideal for an individual who wishes to use their existing knowledge to attain a good understanding our our bespoke system. The core elements of the role will remain as an essential business role to Delphi but individual development is a key development goal of our employee development.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience in similar roles.
