**⌚ Hours**: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £51,078.01 - £56,185.81 (depending on experience and skills)

Your collaborative approach will establish close partnerships with the Operational and Clinical departments, essential for the success of this role.

- Proven experience in management and leadership within a clinical setting
- Ability to inspire and motivate a Clinical Team towards providing exceptional client care
- A valid Nursing and Midwifery Pin
