We have an amazing opportunity for two experienced **Post Completion **Clerk/Secretary/Assistants to join a well-established, rapidly expanding Law firm. We are hiring for the **Birmingham** office and also a second vacancy for the same role to be based in the firms **Central London **Office.This is an opportunity for someone that enjoys their work as an experienced **Post Completion Executive **however you may be looking to branch out into a larger practice.

If you are that person, who wishes to work for a truly vibrant, successful, busy **Legal 500** law firm then this is a perfect opportunity to progress your career.You will to be based in the firms highly prestigious offices on Colmore Row in Central Birmingham, with its own rooftop terrace, restaurant and cafes. Alternatively for the London based post holder the Central London office is located amongst cafes, restaurants and wonderful shops for those that wish to get out and about during your lunch break.

**Post Completion Executive Job DutiesPost completion registration with** **Land Registry** for residential property, commercial property, mixed use property, unregistered land. Liaising with the Land Registry regularly and dealing with all requisitions raised by the Land Registry quickly and efficiently, within the timeframe. This is to facilitate bridging finance transactions and conveyancing transactions.

**Post completion registration with the** **Companies House**. Registration of legal charges and debentures with the Companies House online web-filing system. Liaising with the Companies House regularly and dealing with all requisitions raised by the Companies House quickly and efficiently, within the timeframe.

**The Banks have a block policy insurance. Complete the Title Indemnity Policy (TIP) excel spreadsheet / bordereaux after each bridging finance transaction.** The TIP must be submitted to the indemnity provider at the end of each month and the premium must be paid the following month, after receipt of an invoice from the indemnity provider. This is essential as, without the TIP in place for each transaction, our client is open to risk.

**Drafting security documents; **loan agreement, legal charge, debenture, board resolution, solicitor certificates, personal guarantees.

**File opening and conflict check** at the beginning of each transaction.

**Drafting client care letters (CCL)**, invoices, and completion statements for approval.

**Dealing with sale transaction** for residential freehold and leasehold from start to finish, with supervision.

**Checking ledger balances** at the end of each transaction.
**File closure **and send to storage.

**Person Specification**Ideally trained on the **LEAP** software system. (desirable) However training will be given. You will be well organised, motivated and have a keen eye for detail. We are looking for a clear and confident communicator, verbally and written. Able to demonstrate initiative. You will possess excellent time management skills and used to working to tight deadlines. You will not be phased working in sometimes pressurised environments. **You will be resilient, hard working and most of all enjoy your role, offering longevity and stability to support the department.**

Permanent RoleOffice Based 9am - 5:30pm
