**What you’ll do**
- You will track the status of programme deliverables and milestones as well as risk and issue coordination, reporting cycles, budget, and governance.
- You will assist the xMO Manager in establishing and enforcing project management methodologies, standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- You will work closely with the D&IT xMO team to allocate resources effectively across projects ensuring optimal utilisation and balance of workload.
- You will monitor resource availability to identify potential bottlenecks or resource gaps within portfolios and projects.
- You will assist in training and mentoring project managers to increase the value of the teams skill set while also promoting management best practices within the organisation.
- You will bridge the gap between Senior Management, department leads, and delivery managers to ensure communication and project status updates are streamlined.

**Who you are**
- You will have demonstratable experience in a project analyst (or similar) role across a mixed portfolio covering large transformations and small projects.
- You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parrel where there are tight delivery milestones.
- You will have strong numerical analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve and manipulate data to identify key patterns and trends.
- You will have experience managing, tracking and maintaining a budget.
- You will have an understanding of Waterfall/Agile methodologies.**What we offer**
