The Bathroom Company Glasgow is a busy showroom based in Hillington, Glasgow. We specialise in design, installation and supply of Bathrooms. We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team. As one of the first points of contact in the showroom, this position requires confidence, initiative, motivation and a friendly personality.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers in the showroom and dealing with general enquires
- Taking leads from customers visiting or calling the showroom
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Co-ordinating diaries for surveys, showroom appointments & remedials
- Accurate filing of customer records and bathroom designs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provides a high standard of aftercare.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of showroom
- Working in a face-paced environment, this position requires excellent team work and the ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
