This is a full time, permanent position that can be operated on either an on-site or hybrid arrangement.
- Work closely with senior management team and a wide variety of line managers to advise on HR and people management policy, and employment legislation
- Provide sensitive advice to line managers in matters relating to exit interviews, probation reviews, absence management cases.
- Manage documentation, casework and HR policy relating to grievances, absence management, disciplinary and performance management
- Work with hiring managers to resolve recruitment challenges.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks and issues providing pragmatic solutions
- Supporting the delivery of key projects such as HRIS deployment, review and introduction of third party providers, as well as annual activities like coordinating the annual salary review
- Supporting with ad hoc projects such as TUPE transfers.
