Durham, United Kingdom Northern Learning Trust Full time

**Northern Learning Trust** is a small but dynamic organisation which supports some of the most disadvantaged and marginalised members of society and aims to change the lives of the people it reaches and works with. We are an innovative and forward thinking organisation that seeks to find solutions to issues facing our beneficiaries and partners in Social Housing, Criminal Justice, Health and Community Learning.

Building on the excellent work carried out by the County Durham Covid Resilience Team and working closely with the Mental Health Hubs in County Durham, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Community Resilience Worker, to provide timely and local wellbeing and psychological support for residents with mental health and emotional wellbeing needs. The Community Resilience Worker will work closely with existing services and projects, providing dedicated support to local people and communities and supporting the development and delivery of focused outreach work in a range of settings. As part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency approach, you will be confident to work with people at all levels, forging working relationships and supporting referrals when necessary.
