**Experience Centre Co-ordinator**
**Hybrid 3-4 days per week**
**Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, some flexibility required.**
**Duration: 12 months**
**Soho, London**
**Duties**:
- Support the day-to-day management of the TEC and events.
- Support the management of Diary and Booking system.
- Host internal and external visitors for tours and training sessions
- Guide and support hosts to design and deliver best in class events, optimising the space and technology - completing event briefs, agendas, meet/greets or take away packs etc.
- Ability to adapt, amend and manipulate the CMS.
- Support the creation of content for customer meetings and events that maximise its delivery using the technology to its best effect.
- Support with day-to-day relationships with 3rd party design agencies
- Support with the execution of TEC content (Physical and Digital)
- Manage Internal Comms - share best practice on using the Centre with key internal stakeholders to inform them of how to plan and deliver a compelling engagement.
- Act as a Cover for TEC Manager
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in hosting/hospitality.
- Holistic skillset across organising and delivering customer facing events from content creation to delivery.
- Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and prepared to work across different areas to do what is necessary to deliver seamless service for customers/guests.
- Professional adhering to premarket ideas and confidentiality
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation
- Constructive and supportive and sets high expectations and standards.
- A good team player who loves working with others to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong IT skills
- Budgeting skills
- Excellent time management.

**Education**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural flair for engaging others
- Good academic background, comfortable with numbers and creative concepts
**Additional Information**:
Some hospitality experience is essential.
