SAFS are looking for Care workers to work with Individuals (children/adults) who have a learning and/or a physical disability to support them with their daily needs. Dependent on the individuals care package this will involve getting the individual dressed in the morning and/or getting ready for bed in the evening, as well as supporting the individual with personal care which would include feeding, changing, and bathing.

It is preferable that you have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and/or have completed the care certificate workbook. If you have not completed either, then we ask that you are willing to undertake them. It is also preferable that you are a driver with business insurance cover.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Confident in using public transport
- Available to work on weekends
- Available to work flexibly across the week
- Good understanding of reporting and recording
- Good understanding of policies and procedures in care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
