**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our exciting and fast-growing company in the Film and TV industry.

**The Company**

Location Collective are a leading London agency providing space for the Film and TV industry.

Within our Agency business, we represent all types of property for film production use including lived-in homes, operational and institutional buildings, vacant offices, and industrial development sites.

More recently, we have begun to take the company in a new direction; leasing our own sites and converting them into film studios (OMA Film Studios and OMA:X Film Studios), to help fulfil the increasing demand for studio space in London. We are currently in the process of refurbishing our third film studio, OMA V Film Studios.

Our mission is to _make London’s buildings the most film friendly on the planet_. We are lucky enough to work with almost every production shooting in the capital - a small selection of credits includes Luther, Downton Abbey, Killing Eve, Black Mirror, The Crown, Batman, James Bond, and Aladdin.

**The Team**

We are an energetic and creative team; we work closely together and aim for a company culture which is collaborative, fast-paced and fun.

Our central London office is at 55 Broadway in Westminster. Our team generally work regular Monday to Friday hours. We operate a hybrid working environment with 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Thursday), and an optional 3 days working from home.

**The Role**

We are looking for a new Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team.

**The Role in Detail**

As our Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Working closely with other members of the team, particularly our Account Managers, who are our interface with clients and customers, and who create and raise all invoices
- Checking and approving invoices and POs
- Credit control
- Maintaining internal trackers which help the Finance department keep organised
- Sharing responsibilities in banking and payment runs
- Reconciling payments made and received
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Ad hoc preparation of Management Reports used for analysis and tracking
- Dealing with all staff expenses
- Accounts support for our Studio team

**Skills and Experience**

As our Finance Administrator, you will have the below skills and experience:

- Ability to prioritise tasks based on requirements changing at short notice
- Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

- The ability to work independently to develop ideas as to how to improve processes and maximise value from spending
- Proficiency in software such as Spreadsheets/Banking
- Excel experience is essential (knowledge of Xero is highly desirable but not essential)
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working as a Finance Administrator or similar
- Working towards an Accounting related qualification
