**Job Purpose**

In this administration-based role, you’ll be supporting the wider team to deliver a high standard of learning programmes and organisational development activity across a range of clients.

You’ll coordinate business activity by managing the client tracking system, coordinating facilitators and communicating with participants on our programmes.

As such, this role is suited to someone who loves delving into the detail, gets enjoyment from organising things and enjoys working with people.

**Main Responsibilities**

If you join our team as our Business Administrator, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of coordination activities, and we’ve included some examples below to give you a flavour of what you’ll be involved in.

**Coordinating Programmes**

You’ll manage and coordinate a range of programmes, including:

- Setting up and supporting virtual sessions
- Maintaining contact with course participants
- Sending out pre-work and intermediary correspondence
- Tracking attendance and programme progress

**Business Administration**

You’ll also use your organisational skills to:

- Manage, update and maintain our client tracking database, ensuring the team take accountability for actions required
- Update, manage and coordinate calendars, proactively monitoring deadlines and action points
- Raise invoices and follow up throughout the process

**Programme Support**

You’ll have exposure to our programmes and will:

- Coordinate a robust and effective evaluation based on Delve’s evaluation framework, producing evaluation reports for customers
- Build effective working relationships with clients, collaborative partners and

Delve Associates, role modelling Delve’s values
- Manage company resources and equipment
- Arrange travel for the wider team

**The Creative Bits**

We’d also love to involve you in some of the creative aspects of the business, such as:

- Supporting the development of social media and marketing campaigns
- Supporting the preparation of business proposals and learning materials
- Staying current with latest thinking and trends to help support business growth

**Key Experience / Behaviours**

As you can see from the above role detail, there are a few key skills that are an absolute essential such as: excellent customer service, organisation and attention to detail skills, alongside a love of getting-things-done and ticking things off the to-do list.

In addition, there are a few things that we’d love for you to have which are listed below. This is our wish-list so don’t worry if you don’t meet all the below criteria - we’d still love to hear from you
- Experience working in an OD/HR/Admin team
- B2B customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills face-to-face, virtually and in writing
- Experience maintaining positive and effective working relationships internally and externally
- Excellent IT Skills, with good knowledge of PowerPoint, Zoom and MS Teams
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise, balancing varying projects and needs
- Passion about developing people and work communities to thrive
- Knowledge of marketing and using social media

**What we Offer**
- We are happy for the successful post holder to work either full time or part time (ideally a minimum of 22 hours per week
- You can work from our office in Ashton-under-Lyne (Greater Manchester) or your home (or a combination of the two). We’re big believers in flexible working and will support to make this work for you
