**Salary/Benefits**
- £24,000 per year

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Deal with all general enquiries
- Support Hire Department
- Support Service Department
- Support with Health & Safety
- Create and send invoices
- Credit Control
- Log breakdowns from customers
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Log supplier invoices
- Communicate with the workshop team and office to ensure maximum efficiency and meeting deadlines
- Other general office tasks and administrative help

**Personal Qualities**
- Ideally relevant background and experience within the materials handling or plant industry
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under own initiative
- Good geographic knowledge
