Facilities Assistant

Located in Leeds City Centre, this rapidly growing firm are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join them.
- Are you ambitious with good all-round experience of supporting and delivering Facilities services for two years or more?
Did you answer yes to both the above? Then, this could be a great opportunity for you that offers promotional prospects over the course of 12 months
As Facilities Assistant you’ll:
- Have demonstrable, recent and relevant (2 years min) facilities experience possessing excellent understanding of Health & Safety to include DSE’s, maintenance issues and safety protocols.
- Be comfortable with day-to-day tasks (post management, archiving, security access, office facilities support and some out of hours requirements etc.), be keen to get “stuck in” and take on more responsibility supporting the Head of Facilities (London based).
- Own excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills are essential.
- Have exposure to projects - preferred.
