**Where in the world of OVO will I be working?**

Reporting into the Director Colleague Tech, you'll lead a small team and work across all of Colleague Tech to deliver programmes, projects and initiatives that impact every employee at OVO.

The Change team is responsible for ensuring that our technology change is delivered in a way that suits all roles and backgrounds, by leading and collaborating across all aspects of the tech delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, to communications and end-user training.

**What will I be doing?**

Key responsibilities include:

- Establish and lead a Change team across the department aligned to the strategic objectives of Colleague Technology
- Work collaboratively with technical, process and management leaders - ensuring all contribute to the delivering the impact for end-users
- Conduct interviews, deliver workshops, and analyse operational documents to help develop a clear understanding of current vs future state and operational impacts because of deploying the programme
- Effective communication in being the bridge between non-technical business ideas and technical staff members
- Hands-on analysis of requirements with a strong approach to solutions.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to understand and address knowledge gaps, operational impacts and readiness to adoption of changes brought about by the transformational programme
- Work with the Delivery Teams and Business Owners to track and refine the scope and roadmap during the lifecycle of key projects.
- Bring structure to the early analysis of Projects
- Enabling change at scale - across people, process and technology domains, and a range of associated delivery frameworks, including agile
- Work with individual projects to build engagement plans, including utilising internal communications channels and setting up/chairing forums as appropriate to engage with senior business stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of change management skills in the whole of Colleague Tech, sharing knowledge and leading a best-practice Change approach
- Provide leadership and career development to the Change Team, giving regular feedback and coaching and supporting the development of others.
- Experience in driving organisational change.
- Leading and motivating cross functional teams to deliver expected business outcomes.

We'll pay you between £43,560 and £67,960, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, we'd love to hear from you We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.
